[News] Last Day of June – Super Rare Games Switch Physical

As we near the end of June, Super Rare Games perfectly time the announcement of their latest Nintendo Switch release – Last Day of June – see what they did there?

LDoJ coming soon

Working in partnership with 505 Games once again the champions of video game preservation will release the emotional rollercoaster from developer Ovosonico in physical form on the Nintendo Switch for the first time ever. The Last Day of June is an interactive tale with true artistic innovation. Join Carl and June on what begins as a magical outing to their favourite spot, as you try to unlock the sequence of events that could save the day – and June’s life – in this cinematic experience that will compel you to ask yourself: “What would I do to save the one I love?” If only we had Meatloaf on speed dial.

True to form only 5,000 copies total will be printed ever. This release will come complete on the cart with a full-colour manual, exclusive artwork, sticker and trading cards. In another turn of genius, the game is set to go on sale on the last day of June – see what they did there again? – Wednesday, June 30th at 6 PM BST (10 AM PT/1 PM ET).
